PC Technician
Our fast growing company is looking for a qualified PC Technician. The ideal candidate is someone who is experienced in providing high-quality support to customers for PC components.
Job Details:
- Test and reproduce clients' reported hardware, communicate with clients to get system configuration, steps to reproduce issues
- Provide technical support for customers over the phone and through email
- Keep up to date with latest hardware, software and popular PC Games
- Travel/ onsite support when required
- Work overtime when required
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of personal computer and laptop repair/ troubleshooting/ test components experience
- Intermediate knowledge and familiarity with computer components
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
